About Mackenzie

Mackenzie specializes in family care, Trauma, Chronic Stress, and Mind-Body connection support. She is EMDR trained and is a Certified 200-hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor. Mackenzie also studied Social Justice and Women’s Studies in Cape Town, South Africa on top of her psychology studies. Mackenzie makes it easy to connect, is passionate about practicing what she “preaches (but she doesn’t really preach)”, and is grounding to be around.
